REGISTRATION
Registration is open for Spring 2012!
Spring registration will take place from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at
Marshall District Library on February 22nd.
This will be the only in person registration for the Spring season
Players registering after February 22nd will be placed on a wait list
and placed on a team if numbers allow.
1. Register online at www.eayso.org.
2. Print two copies of completed registration form
3. Bring registrations to Marshall District Library on Feb 22 or mail to:

The cost is $80 per player.
Games will start April 14th and end no later than June 2nd.

Region 1097 holds registration sessions at the end of the Spring season for the next Fall/Spring seasons. Registration dates are typically scheduled during May for the following Fall/Spring season.
In order to register your child(ren) at the registration session, the following information is required:
- Parent or guardian must be present at registration
- Bring 2 signed copies of the completed application form from www.eayso.org
- Must pay the required registration fee per child via check, money order, or cash. We are currently unable to process credit or debit cards.
Application forms will need to be completed before registration. If any of the above requirements cannot be met at the time of registration, your child will not be registered.
NOTE: If you have ever completed an application your child online at www.eayso.org, you can log back in under the same email address and password and "update" your child's information without having to create a "new" entry.
NOTE: eAYSO online system may be closed after the original registration period has ended.
